Cancellation Policy

We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. In the event of a cancellation made with 31 days or more notice to Owner in writing, the deposit will be refunded, less a 5% cancellation fee of the total amount. For cancellations 7 -30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount. Your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON less than 7 days of your reservation arrival date. All cancellation fees are based on the full accommodation cost for the period of the booking.

31 days = 5% cancelation fee
8 -30 days = 50% cancelation fee
less than 7 days = 100% cancelation fee

In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 60 days prior to your arrival date OR in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

Great location! Close to a grocery store, coffee shop and great deli! Plenty of parking! Very clean and spacious! Would highly recommend!

Walkable to Cruz Bay, very clean and modern apartment, ample parking. I thought it would be nice to have a grocery store downstairs, but it was sparsely stocked. We went to the Dolphin grocery store instead. The only thing I did not like about the apartment was the lack of an outdoor space such as a balcony or patio, etc. However, I knew that it did not have an outdoor space when I rented the place, so it was not a surprise. Overall good experience.

Very nice place, I would definitely come back! Having the Starfish Market right below was very convenient. Taxis know where to go as well. It's about a 10 minute walk to Cruz Bay.

A grocery store and small eating establishments are located in same building. Parking was never a hassle. Suite was very clean. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I would book again.

Modern and clean. Furnishings were a bit spare but totally adequate. Easy walk to the dock area on Saint John for restaurants and other activities. The grocery store at the Marketplace was a convenient benefit. The only issue was an unresolved maintenance issue where the smoke alarm was beeping after a power outage. The call center was easy to reach but the maintenance was never performed, and the alarm sounded that evening and throughout the night until our checkout the next morning.
