We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice having a kitchen and being above a grocery store on the days we stayed in. We would have enjoyed having a window that gave us a view of outside but it was not a big deal. We appreciated that the room came with beach towels! Great location, the walk into Cruz Bay was a bit hilly but only took about 10 minutes which was perfect!

This spot is in a great area with a pharmacy, grocery store, and a couple restaurants in the same building. Parking was easy and and it’s walkable to other restaurants in the area. Space has no windows or views which is shown in the pictures.

Exactly as described, the suites are location on the top floor of the marketplace. There are coffee shop, grocery store, drug store, a deli and more in the same building. Ample parking. This place feels like a corporate housing and delivers on that. We needed a quiet place to sleep and rest, this place does the job. If you are looking for views, may be not for you.

The place was clean and as described. Walkable to all the restaurants in Cruz Bay. Convenient location with the market being downstairs and Giovani's coffee shop, which has excellent coffee, croissants, and gelato. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay especially for the fairly modest price point. While the apartment was mostly clean and up to standard, we sadly felt that we couldn’t sit on the living room sofa as it was noticeably stained and worn. Similar to the throw pillows in the living room. There were large stains that were readily visible upon entry into the apartment. Great location though!!

We are very happy with our stay in Suite 10. Spacious, clean and great location.

Kitchen has all the necessities needed to make a simple meal. Pots, pans, silverware, plates.

We stayed the weekend and had enough clean towels.

Very easy to get to from Red Hook. 2-3 minutes by car. 5-7 minutes walking distance if you’re adventurous!

Will definitely recommend staying in Suite 10 Marketplace.

Vacation VI is going to be my number 1 go to. Being that we are locals and came back to visit home, this is a prime location and you’re near everything you need. Room was great space and very clean. They provide everything you need for your stay.

My stay at Vacation VI’s was excellent. Everything was as described and the unit was even bigger in person! Great bathroom (note: lukewarm shower water) and awesome bedroom! Really easy location access, especially with the market right downstairs. Marketplace is right near the ferry and a quick 10 min walk down to the bay for all the restaurants and bars.

Our first time staying at marketplace suites and we will be back in a few months. The best Airbnb experience I have ever had!

Easy check in and walkable location. Basic amenities- 1 bath and 1 beach towel per occupant. No outside window in unit other than entrance- was fine as we had lovely St. John weather, but would have been a challenge in bad weather. Shower had water saver device and subsequently low pressure making rinsing a challenge. Still an easy rental in a clean unit on a gorgeous island.

Excellent location, easy walk to Cruz bay. We loved the coffee and goodies at Sam and Jacks! Incredibly quiet, clean, cozy and very comfortable.
We look forward to another stay in the future.

This place was ideal for spending a couple of nights in St. John. The apartment was bigger than expected, very clean, and close to restaurants and groceries. A lot of the primary beaches and attractions are also accessible within a 15-20 min drive.

Great stay and seamless check in and out. Wonderful amenities with the kitchenette. Super comfortable bed, strong wifi…We loved having the market and deli nearby. Just a short walk from Cruz bay. Just perfect in every way.
