Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

Only complaint was that, I was given the wrong code for the key locker. Had to wait in the heat for an hour.
Suite 5 was very spacious and comfortable during out stay. As for excursions it was a great launching point. The coffee shop, pharmacy and super market downstairs was convenient as well as the deli on the second floor (same as the apt.) was made getting whatever we needed a convenience. Host was very proactive in communication and very responsive to any questions.

This was a great location for our stay in St John! It is located in a center with shops and a market which was extremely convenient to get breakfast and coffee at the cute coffee shop on the same level but no noise issues at all at the Airbnb. It’s close to town but definitely need to take a taxi/drive. Airbnb was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend!

Beware????? Bloody sheets!!!
During my stay I brought to the attention of the host that there was blood (yes; yuck) in the sheets. The host rather than addressing this tried to blame this on me and my family. This is absolutely disgusting and I’m appalled that these dishonest people did not attempt to address this with me directly but had the audacity to ask me to pay $100 for cleaning. What.
The place felt safe. It had good windows and was walking distance from the ferry area at ST John. It is located above the market. There is a great bookstore that has some pretty good coffee. The surfaces were clean and overall the apartment was nice.
The sad part is that instead of this host trying to address this situation honorably they chose to try and blame me for making this mess. I am more disappointed that such a traumatic experience for a customer was not handled with more intentionality.
I hate to post a bad review and I wish the host would have just resolved this with me. I initially did not ask for anything from them also. I made no money requests, even though I was wronged and my health put a risk from sleeping in someone else’s blood.
I have since filed a complaint with Airbnb!!! Check the linens if you take the risk of staying here and I’d recommend just checking out if there are any issues because they will probably blame you before taking accountability!!!
Great place to stay only about a three minute ride to Cruz Bay. Super nice amenities very clean!
