Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

Great location right by the Starfish Market (grocery for all your shopping needs) as well as the other businesses in the Marketplace. We taxied from and back to the ferry port (so we didn't have to haul our luggage around) as well as to Cinnamon Bay Beach. Not a difficult walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping or VI National Park Visitors Center. Beautiful accommodations complete with cookware, plenty of fishes/silverware, linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and even beach towels. We had no issues at all during our stay and would visit again if coming to this area.
Great location! Walking distance to downtown, ferry, and VI National Park. Newly redone and well maintained 1 bedroom. Located on the third (top floor) of a mixed use building with groceries, pharmacy, and a few shop's right nearby. Good privacy with locked entry to all units, parking if you have a rental car.

Comfortable King-sized bed, a safe for valuables, plenty of clean towels, working appliances - microwave, coffee maker, cookware, air-conditioning that worked, and no need to climb stairs or walk very far. Excellent values for Senior Citizens with disabilities or other health issues. The contact person was friendly, professional, and supportive. She solved our rather minor difficulties very quickly and efficiently. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and places to explore very near to this convenient location.
